
Description
Backend Developer required with demonstrable knowledge of working with Google Cloud Platform technologies to assist a market leader in developing their core products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer to make a pivotal contribution towards defining and building a data, Machine Learning product used by famous brands across the UK and further afield.
You will be a master of Backend Development, be comfortable working with technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, DataFlow, Big Query and have strong architectural skills to design complex solutions. The role will see you develop the Backend components of our client's product and collaborate with a variety of project stakeholders (Product Manager, UI/UX designers).
Working across exciting domains including Google Cloud, Infrastructure and Machine Learning, the successful Backend Developer will ultimately bridge the gap between Machine Learning and Data Science components of the product, crafting innovative ways to deliver implementation.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a computer science related subject preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an enterprise architect ideally in a cloud computing environment.
- Have an agile mindset: build rapid prototypes and iterate.
- Have knowledge of machine learning landscape or be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Develop the Back-end components of core product(s).
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Product Manager and other team members and stakeholders.
Make technical decisions in collaboration with the CTO.
