Description

We are currently seeking a superstar Technical Writer to join an incredibly cool team who are responsible for the technical documentation of an amazing product. Our client is open to considering applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced Technical Writers as the key attribute required is problem solving skills.

The role will see you get involved in writing reviews, tutorials, and procedures, as well as reading and writing example code such as API reference docs and developer guides.

Responsibilities:

  •         Design and organise documentation sets for new features and developer products.
  •         Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by other team members.
  •         Document FE and BE system features, functions and configurations.
  •         Manage complex documentation projects.
  •         Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code, text references, etc.

Requirements:

  •         Have technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing experience with writing technical materials for both non-client and client facing documentation.
  •         Have experience creating technical tutorials or guides.
  •         Be a problem solver with the ability to work independently.
  •         Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

The product you will be working on is extremely complex and there will be a huge learning curve in the initial period of joining the company. Whilst it is expected that there will be lots of questions, our client is really looking for an individual who can demonstrate working on their own initiative; figuring things out for yourself (or at least attempting to) and not being afraid of trying new things.

This is a truly remarkable opportunity for either a Graduate Level or experienced Technical Writer to join a company who are currently thriving.
