This position is for a market leader within their field. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer to help drive the product development, support the application team, and maintain the PAS X monitoring solution as well as working within a great team environment.
- Maintenance of our PAS-X monitoring solution at the customer installation and use the log files to understand the system performance and resolve potential bottlenecks proactively.
- Supporting the application support team by analysing infrastructure, performance or stability issues.
- You will bring in your great trouble shooting expertise to identify and resolve complex technical issues in our customer environments.
- You collaborate with the product development team to bring feedback and improvement suggestions from the field to the product backlog to increase efficiency and performance of the applications.
- You are familiar with the technical requirements of our systems and can provide support in cooperation with our technical consultants.
- University degree in computer science / engineering / software development or proven experience in the area of IT infrastructure / software deployment.
- Strong service orientation and good communication skills
- Good English and German language skills (verbal and written)
- Profound knowledge in current infrastructure technology (container,Kubernetes, cloud, virtualization)
- Strong trouble shooting skills.
- First contact with a regulated industry (eg Pharma / Medical Devices / Banking) is a benefit.
