Senior Strategist / Consultant

SENIOR STRATEGIST / CONSULTANT

We are working with an innovative and forward thinking global creative consultancy that is part of a larger well renowned organisation, that helps its clients uncover their purpose and then translates that purpose into growth of people, profits, and social impact.

They have helped clients around the world transform their culture, align their people, accelerate their growth, and infuse true meaning into their brands, working with large enterprises on the qualitative, human side involving people services & culture topics like cultural transformation & organisation development.

The team in Berlin is small but growing and they are part of a larger global team of more than 100. You will join the team, working on a variety of tasks from assisting with new business leads to develop proposals, lead stakeholder interviews, lead a team of Strategists on researching thought-leaders, lead communications with clients for project planning, assist in the prepping and facilitating of project ideations, contributing meaningful/ relevant ideas and articulations, lead the development of project work including synthesis of insights, creating necessary frameworks and developing materials, and manage a project team of Strategists to ensure interviews, meetings, and all components of project plan are on schedule.

We are looking for;

• Passion for leading meaningful projects that focus on purpose and positive societal impact
• 3+ years in strategy, consulting, purpose, social impact work, or other relevant experience
• Project management capabilities working with internal teams and client teams
• Confident thinker, communicator, writer and presenter, also open to continued learning & growth
• Ability to manage responsibilities for multiple projects and internal needs simultaneously
• German speaking mandatory, also very good English language skills required

Degree educated, ideally in psychology or sociology

- 3+ years in strategy, consulting, purpose, social impact work, or other relevant experience
- German speaking mandatory, also very good English language skills required
