Senior Backend Ruby Engineer - London

We have an urgent need for a Senior Backend Ruby on Rails Developer.

Our client is creating exciting web and mobile technology for large international customers, developing innovative and disruptive technology in the fields of Mobilty, FinTech and eCommerce. Projects are on a large scale, the impact of these new technologies will be felt worldwide.

We are looking for engineers to be part of a full-stack, cross-functional, co-located product development team; creative, passionate people with a collaborative mind-set who can work effectively together to form high performance teams and solve complex problems.

We’re seeking backend engineers who are versatile, with a broad range of skills in Ruby on Rails, who also bring a depth of knowledge in engineering practices, tools and specific languages / technologies.

As a Senior Backend Engineer you will be part of a truely dynamic team, responsible for facilitating the build of essential robust systems to cater for a major client project.


  • 3-5 years experience within Backend Engineer positions
  • Expert Development within either Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with web front-end technologies including Javascript, Angular, and ReactJS.
  • Experience with responsive web and mobile systems including mobile app development

Start date and rates are entirely negotiable.
