Our client is a privately owned London based global leader in cloud-based integrated marketing solutions, with revenues at £10mil+, consistent 25% YOY growth and around 150 people globally based predominantly in the UK and the US.

They combine their digital messaging, campaign management and marketing operations with data warehousing and big data analytics in order to gain deeper customer engagement, giving businesses a competitive edge.

This position is an opportunity for a 'Player Manager' to step up and to manage a team of two '360 Sales Hunters' as well as your own personal target. It will suit an experienced and successful 'Individual Contributor' sales person looking for a greater opportunity to manage a team.

You will need to have at least a small amount of individual/team mentoring experience and a good knowledge of the MarTech SaaS space or similar (Mobile, eCommerce, Social etc.)

It is important that you have the right proactive mindset to 'get amongst it', drive things forward and to make a positive impact against your own and your team's quota.

There is a mature marketing team in place tasked with booking 90-100% of your meetings based on qualified leads and an intelligent nuturing system.

On offer is an attractive package including stock options and 80% commission based on personal and team targets, which is all uncapped & accelerates nicely.
