**12 month FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Paying up to £60k**

This role holder will be a technical expert for retail Digital Signage who bridges the gap between the IM department, Marketing and Retail. The role holder will bring expert retail technical knowledge to ensure our client can deliver its business objectives.

Your role:

  • Lead the implementation of digital signage hardware, software, network and services, managing the full process from equipment specification to install; liaising with designers, suppliers, local market store project teams and GC’s to ensure the correct equipment is installed within pre-agreed timelines and budgets
  • Troubleshoot fixture, finish and installation issues of integrated technical components directly with GC’s to ensure the specified design intent is realised
  • Together with local market teams, schedule tests and deliver solutions to ensure digital signage will function in specific environments
  • Sign-off installation and configuration of digital signage software
  • Manage asset register, ensuring all asset and installation details are kept updated and all documentation is handed over to the relevant owner
  • Track and record all projects, ensuring all plans and documentation are accessible when required
  • Ensure processes and SLA’s are clearly defined
  • Manage AV and digital signage agency and supplier relationships and contracts, negotiating efficiencies and ensuring best business practices are followed
  • Manage the digital signage local market training program
  • Provide monthly reports and updates to the business
  • Support the Instore Experience team to deliver innovative technical solutions to achieve a luxury in-store digital experience; recommending appropriate technologies for global use and liaising with agencies and suppliers to ensure feasibility

  • Provide up-sell and cross-selling insight and training (from gold to diamonds and from small to bigger)
  • Provide insight from mystery shopping implementation and feedback, to continuously look at ways that we can improve service delivery globally.
