Now undertaking growth of the UK go-to-market team, they are looking for a talented Product Manager to help them go further.


  • This role is suitable for a 3-5 year experienced Product Manager. We require an experienced professional who has strong experience of delivering, managing & scaling SaaS products.
  • You should be comfortable with both commercial aspects of the product ( Strategy, Positioning, Competition, Market etc) & technological aspects when liaising with technical teams.
  • Candidates with experience &/or strong understanding of the technology landscape around Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Big Data & Natural Language processing will be highly preferred

Key Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Understanding and experience of agile development methodology. Ability to translate technology features into business benefits, and then to customer stories. Strong knowledge of Product Management best practices.
  • Commercial Skills: You should be able to continuously analyse the market opportunity & competitive landscape, adjusting product direction based on your analysis. Ability to drive the product roadmap, and keep on top of “What” is needed to be done and “Why”. Ability to support cross-functional teams from Marketing to Technology, in order to deliver success against business objectives.
  • Soft skills: Excellent Presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation. Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams. Good negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.


  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle: conceptualize, prioritize customer requests and requirements, write customer stories, and drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings and gather customer and prospect requirements and pain points, and translate these into action.
  • Gather information and data from multiple sources (market research, customers, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action.
  • Continuously align & prioritize product roadmap with market and competitive trends and customer demands.
  • Drive robust product roadmap planning and ensure it is communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to the product development and product QA teams - elaborating / clarifying requirements.
  • Create ( and keep upto date) product documentation reviews, training, & demos.
