What we're looking for:
- 5 years 'growth' experience
- B2C startup experience
- Experience creating, testing, launching, and optimising campaigns across organic and paid search, paid social, display and affiliate networks
- Data-driven and highly analytical: comfortable analysing Google Analytics and other analytics tools
