Our client is a world recognised high-end fashion retailer who are a leader in their field. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate and personable Global Desktop Manager to join them in their London office based in White City.

They are looking for a Global Desktop Manager to lead the existing IT support teams in providing first class support to the development and product teams around the world (UK/Middle East/USA & Europe to name a few).

You will be joining a company with creative, passionate people with a collaborative mindset who can work effectively together to form high-performance teams and solve complex problems.

Some experience you will need to be suitable for this role is:

  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with multi-national stakeholders and lead multi-national teams.
  • Excellent leadership, technical, initiative and comnflict resolution skills with an ability to lead from the front in high pressure situations.
  • Management of senior team members within a large scale, enterprise business and being responsible for global desktops & teams.
  • Solid understanding of Mac, Linux and Windows and the ability to support colleagues with any issues on these.
  • Strong hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile and networking skills.
