DIRECTOR STRATEGIST / CONSULTANT

We are working with an innovate and forward thinking global creative consultancy that is part of a larger well renowned organisation, that helps its’ clients uncover their purpose and then translates that purpose into growth of people, profits, and social impact.

They have helped clients around the world transform their culture, align their people, accelerate their growth, and infuse true meaning into their brands, working with large enterprises on the qualitative, human side involving people services & culture topics like cultural transformation & organisation development.

The team in Berlin is small but growing and they are part of a larger global team of more than 100. You will join the team, working on a variety of tasks from shaping and leading multiple client projects, facilitating and leading hybrid teams of strategists and creatives, building and owning relationships with client teams, growing new initiatives and partnerships with client stakeholders, leading research, insights and ideation sessions on all project work, designing, curating and facilitating client workshops, driving development of impactful strategy and execution of client deliverables, guiding and supporting creative translation, playing a role in business development, including shaping and pitching proposals, embodying a passion for purpose and positive impact on the world!

We are looking for;

• 6+ years of experience leading projects, teams, and client relationships in management consulting, innovation or brand strategy, or other relevant experience
• Experience working in or with multiple sectors (corporate, CSR, government, foundation, NGO, and/or academia)
• An understanding of organisational and social change (e.g., behavioural science, organizational culture, social movement theory, campaign strategy, etc.)
• Confident, compelling, and eloquent communicator, presenter, and writer, with strong aesthetic sense
• Adept at managing and collaborating with talented and diverse teams, bringing together powerful insights, bold ideas, and beautiful execution
• Able to manage many moving parts with attention and grace
• German speaking mandatory, plus very good English language skills required
