We are working with a Brighton-based marketing technology and services provider that helps brands engage their audiences with targeted campaigns. Following a successful rebrand and launch of their new offering in 2020, they are seeking an exceptional Digital Campaign Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in future expansion.
The role offers the chance to work with some of the world’s leading brands on international digital marketing campaigns that combine tried-and-tested techniques with the latest innovations in digital marketing.
You will be working closely with the Sales team to onboard new clients and ensure their campaign requirements are fully understood and briefed to the wider team. Then you will be tasked with developing innovative ideas for new campaigns that engage relevant audiences across online channels, managing project timelines to completion and coordinating multiple projects at different stages, and ensuring deadlines are met.
You will provide advice and guidance to clients on best practices around online advertising and user engagement across social media and other channels, keeping clients informed and up-to-date on the progress of their campaigns and taking responsibility for client satisfaction throughout the campaign period, highlighting the results and identifying areas for improvement and suggestions for future campaigns.
You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience successfully managing client projects, familiarity with email marketing best practices, CRM concepts, and the latest trends in social media engagement, and generally a passion for digital marketing and marketing technologies.
As a growing company, there’s plenty of room for career progression and increasing responsibility as the business continues to expand. There is a genuine opportunity for this role to evolve into a Team Lead position within 12 months.
Our client also provides a competitive salary, bonus and incentives, and the chance to work with exciting international brands from across the FMCG space. Whilst they are currently mainly working remotely, their office is centrally located in Brighton and handy for after-work socials.
