Their AI platform puts actionable insights at the hands of field workers and their managers, empowering on-site teams to make data-driven decisions in real-time out in the field through insights gained. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team, you will be heavily involved in the scaling part of their journey and ensure users remain engaged and continue to renew contracts. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be pivotal to the success of many areas of the business.
The Customer Success Manager will be accountable for the Customer Lifetime Value, Adoption, Engagement, and retain/upsell.
