We are currently recruiting for a truly global client of ours, they currently operate in 18 countries and offer a number of valuable services within the mobility sector. Our client has over 350 employees across 12 different offices and they are now looking to set up operations in Berlin.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to be the first hire for this new office and establish the business in Berlin. Initially this person will be tasked with building a sales team (team size approximately 9) and setting up both sales stratergies and a sales culture. Once this process has been completed you will act as a Sales Coach and lead team members.

Some Skills and Experiences we are looking for:

  • 5+ years B2B Sales experience
  • Previously experience of building and leading sales teams
  • Experience of working within a Digital/ Tech business in a sales position
  • Good understanding of the German market, International sales experience is a bonus
  • Strong English and German language skills (verbal and written)
