Our client is a global leader in cloud-based integrated marketing solutions. They combine their digital messaging, campaign management and marketing operations with data warehousing and big data analytics in order to gain deeper customer engagement, giving businesses a competitive edge.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and hardworking Customer Success Manager to be responsible for ensuring strategic success accross select accounts. You will responsible for key client relationships, making sure that the platform is being utilised effectively, monitoring performance and results, and ultimately ensure satisfactory ROI.

Ideally you have worked in a similar marketing technology business and will be a proven problem solver who can manage customer relationships and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximise client satisfaction and retention
  • Responsibility for maintaining and growing revenue for those clients under your remit
  • Developing proposals that will help clients develop their marketing strategy
  • Presenting technical solutions in support of sales process
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within a portfolio of existing clients
  • Liaising with the Operations and Professional Services teams to deliver products and services to clients, as well as to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Analysis of marketing data and interpretation of results
  • Creating presentations based on products and services to aid in upsell
  • Performing regular account reviews for assigned clients
  • Responsible for managing around £3.5-£4m of business
  • Manage, lead and motivate a team of Account Managers where necessary
