Working in the provision of digit luxury for their users, you will be responsible for professional development and empowerment of test engineers, removing obstacles and hiring ambitious individuals to add to your team.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and external partners
• Provide the last and best system quality estimation before its release
• Proactively offer guidance and concrete support for your teams
• Contribute to daily system verification activities and the evaluation of the project from a verification and delivery perspective

About you...

• More than 2 years experience as team lead / line management
• Deep knowledge of software verification / testing
• Experience in safety-critical system engineering projects or automotive domain
• Comfortable speaking and liaising with stakeholders
