Description
We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to play a pivotal part in the growth stages of a SaaS-focused company that provides management and reporting software to businesses operating within the real estate sector.
You will join the Customer Solutions team, and you will work closely with the product and sales teams. As the Onboarding manager, you will demonstrate and articulate the features of the product best suited for the customer. You will be the first point of contact for the customers during the onboarding process, delivering the best-in-class training to ensure the customer uses the product features efficiently and achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities will include, understanding customer objectives, managing and monitoring the onboarding process, and delivering the best service possible.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Experience within a customer-facing role
- Strong experience in SaaS/Technology space
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships fast and understand customer needs
- Highly organised and superb attention to detail
- B2B experience
